Advanced Twin-Cylinder Engine

The Ténéré 700 features a fuel-injected, 689cc liquid-cooled, inline twin-cylinder engine derived from Yamaha’s award-winning MT-07. This compact powerplant features an ideal power delivery for adventure riding, for tractable and controllable power on road or off.

Adventure-Focused Ergonomics

The Ténéré 700 features a narrow body, slim fuel tank, and flat seat allowing maximum agility, enabling the rider to grip the tank whether sitting or standing, giving added confidence on dirt or asphalt. The fairing and handguards work with the tapered handlebar to ensure comfort on the longest rides.

New ABS Modes

The new 2024 Ténéré 700 now offers three-mode selectable ABS allowing riders to choose their preferred level of braking intervention. MODE 1 is the ABS fully activated on both front and rear wheels; MODE 2 enables ABS on front wheel only and turns ABS off on rear wheel; and MODE 3 turns ABS off on both front and rear wheel. (NOTE: Always ride on paved roads with the ABS turned on.)

New Five-Inch Color TFT Display

A rich new five-inch color TFT display is controlled by a new scrolling dial on right handlebar, and offers count-down trip meters and two different screen themes—a modern dynamic design and a more traditional look reminiscent of the analog era.

Not Afraid To Get Dirty

Highly adjustable, long-travel suspension is mated to dirt-ready spoked wheels mounting 21-inch front and 18-inch rear tires, ensuring that Ténéré 700 doesn’t shy away from serious off-road. The triple-disc brakes also feature three-mode selectable ABS, which can be disabled when desired for off-road riding.
